It was a great pleasure for us to buy our Apartment at Zen Gardens from Harmony Homes. From the first pre-sale interaction, we saw a totally different approach. Instead of trying to push us to sign the dotted line of the contract, Mr Prasad and Mr Ramakrishnan focused on our needs. They probed us on what kind of a house we would like, they provided literature and building diagrams, answers to all of our questions and more, and helped us narrow our decision. Adequate care was taken in the after sale process to keep us up to date on every upcoming milestone and changes in construction schedule. On the payment front, adequate notice was provided to help us with managing our cash flows. My biggest satisfaction, and kudos to Mr Ramakrishnan on this, was the professional way in which he handled our concerns/ change requests. We raised a concern to add grills to common area stairwell. With a beaming smile… he acknowledged that it was a very valid concern and he would act upon it. In a 2 week timeperiod, lo and behold, the entire common area windows/ openings were grilled. Same was the case with almost all of our change requests. High quality service with customer friendly attitude. This really shows Harmony’s commitment to quality and their superlative customer service. I have no doubts in my mind on who will be my next home builder.
