• RCC Framed Structure with high-quality chamber brick walls for external and internal partitions plastered.
• Internal painting with plastic emulsion and two coats of putty and primer. The final coat shall have a roller finish.
• The paint will be Asian/Jotun or equivalent. Owner to choose colors out of options provided by Harmony

• All areas – Vitrified Tiles of RAK/Kajaria/NITCO make or equivalent

• Main Entrance – A polished teak wood door panel and frame width 7′ X 3’9″. We use hardware such as Godrej Ultra Locks, Heavy Duty Hinges, etc.,
• All Internal Doors – Teak wood frames with suitable hinges, tower bolts, good-quality locks, and flush doors of size 7’X3
• Toilets- water-resistant wooden doors with good quality locks and hardware
• French Door – One at an appropriate location

• Everywhere – UPVC Single Glazed Swing Open type Windows / Sliding windows with Steel Grills
• Toilets- UPVC Ventilators with Steel Grills

KITCHEN

• Kitchen Counter – 2 feet x 10 feet Granite platform with Stainless Steel sink + 1000mm x 600mm drainboard

• Water Capacity – Two-compartment Underground Sump capacity of 12,000 liters for metro water and groundwater storage
• Ground Water – Deep Bore Well with appropriate water treatment/filtration system installed based on test results
